To further enhance your experience, we are pleased to offer the following warranty policy:
One-Year Service Warranty: We offer a one-year service warranty for our used laptops, which covers any problem with the laptop, including the cost of spare parts, during the warranty period. Customers can opt for this warranty at an additional cost of 10% of the laptop’s purchase price.
Warranty Coverage: To avail of the warranty service, customers need to bring the laptop to our store, and we will provide the necessary repairs or replacements. Once the service is complete, you can collect your laptop from our store.
Service Time: Our team strives to resolve any complaints instantly or within 2 days. In case the service is expected to take longer, we will provide a standby laptop of equivalent configuration to ensure your work is not disrupted.
Beyond Repair: In the rare event that the product is beyond repair, we will provide another used product of the same or different model with equivalent or higher configuration, subject to availability.
Please note that our warranty policy does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, and burns. Additionally, the warranty will not cover battery backup time as it is a used product. However, if the battery is not functioning completely, it will be covered.
