At Just Unboxed, we take pride in offering reasonable prices for our products. Our products are of A+ grade quality, which means they are almost in brand new condition.

We give our quality check to our third party vendor who charges us for quality checking and grading the laptops into A+, A, B, and C categories. We procure only A+ grade material for Just Unboxed store, and we sell the rest through our different channels in bulk.

Additionally, we always buy the laptops without storage and install new storage to ensure no failure or low performance to the customer. We use only branded storage devices, which come with a proper warranty.

Furthermore, we ensure that the battery health is at its best. If not, we replace it with a new original battery before selling it. We always sell our products with original chargers only, never with compatible or third-party chargers.

However, we can assure you that we only purchase products in bulk quantities from reputable corporate companies and subject them to our rigorous quality control procedures. We do not purchase products from individuals as we prioritize the quality and safety of our merchandise. We believe that individually used products are often sold due to complaints, and we only acquire products in A+++ condition to ensure the best possible quality for our customers.

Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage:

1. Laptops Up to 5th Generation:
   • Warranty Period: 3 months
2. Laptops above 6th Generations:
   • Warranty Period: 1 year (on specific components)
   • Covered Components: Motherboard (if repairable)- if not repairable- 50% charged for new Motherboard, processor, RAM, and SSD, provided they are in replaceable condition (available in market, in most cases).

Exclusions:

• Physical Damage: Cracks, dents, and other physical damages are not covered.
• Liquid Damage: Damage caused by spills or immersion is excluded.
• Burns: Damage caused by electrical or thermal burns is not covered.

Additional Benefits:

• Lifetime Free Service:
  • Applicable on all laptops purchased from JUST UNBOXED.
  • Covers general maintenance and troubleshooting services.

Important Notes:

• Customers must bring the laptop to our store for warranty claims.
• Our team aims to resolve issues promptly, typically within 2 days. If additional time is required, we will provide a standby laptop with an equivalent configuration, ensuring minimal disruption to your work.

At JUST UNBOXED, we conduct thorough quality tests to ensure that every product works perfectly. However, we understand that it's not always feasible to test each laptop for an extended period, so we offer a 15-day testing warranty for most of our products. During this period, we recommend customer to test every aspect of the product clearly and if you experience any genuine issues, we will address and resolve them promptly to ensure your complete satisfaction. if required, the product will be replaced with the same model.

How ever, for all the laptops which we sell, we provide life time service assurance at free of cost.

Though we check our products properly. we still give a free 15-day testing warranty to ensure that there is no miss in our inspections. 15-days period is proven to be a decent time frame to find out any issues that my pre exist in a computer. how ever, additionally customers have always the chance to go for a one year service warranty for 10% additional cost.

We do not showcase our products in expensive premises or high end showrooms. as we all know, all that expenditure has to hit the customer anyways.
